We have therapists able to meet with people online throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania.

After you are scheduled with a therapist, a link to your meeting will be provided to you. You will need a private space and a good internet connection. Each of the therapy styles that we offer can be done effectively online.

Yes. Some of our therapists offer in-person sessions in Bel Air, MD and Towson, MD.

Our rate for a 60 minute intake session is $190.
Our standard hourly rate for individual therapy is $175.

Upon request, we will send paperwork to your insurance company for you to be reimbursed, if you have Out of Network benefits under your insurance plan.

Individual clinicians may have reduced fee or pro bono times available. Contact us to inquire.

Each style of therapy varies in how long it typically takes to be effective, and every individual receiving therapy is different. No one can say for certain how long someone would need to be in therapy.

The Center for Trauma Therapy is out of network with all insurance plans. Insurance companies do not provide a level of reimbursement that we feel reflects our value. Our therapists offer specialized services, and take ongoing training to continue to expand their skills. By not taking insurance, we support our therapists investing in better treatment for you. Additionally, our therapists are able to take on fewer clients. This means that they have more energy to devote to the people they do work with.
