When we experience traumatic events, we sometimes form distorted beliefs or “stuck points” that are unhelpful. They can interfere with the way we interact with others and with the world around us. Working through these stuck points with a structured, proven style of therapy will give you the tools you need to gain perspective and change unhealthy thought patterns.

My approach to this work is a collaborative, humanistic one. I understand that all of my clients are the experts on themselves. I work to help them gain insight by using their existing strengths and abilities.
